Crab Cocktail

 Img_0001_1 This lump crab came from the nearby coast of Mississippi. It was virtually free of any shell, and luscious. The sauce is a concoction of mayonaise, chopped scallions, lemon juice, creole seasoning, Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. Creamy, but with a bite.

The serving dishes are actually called "stemless martini" glasses, but I use them for shrimp or crab cocktails instead. The bottom is filled with crushed ice. They're efficient, pretty and (most importantly) fun.
