Blogging Your Creative Journey

Have you heard of the Creativity portal? It was developed in 2000 by Chris Dunmire to encourage and stimulate creativity in artists, writers and other folk.  You can read about it in her own words here.

Author Jeffrey Yamaguchi over at the very interesting 52 Projects interviewed Chris about her inspiration and goals for the Creativity Portal. I couldn't get my mind around the fullness of the concept at first, and Jeffrey's interview with Chris helped the pieces come together for me.

One view of the Creativity Portal focuses on "Blogging Your Creative Journey."  Chris has been kind enough to include Switched At Birth in the gathering of Creative Journey Inspiring Blogs . I've added this badge:  Creativity Portal journey graphicwith a link onto the sidebar. Click on it and then send Chris a note and link to your own blog to join the fun.
