Living on Turkey Time

Thanks, “all y’all,” for your comments on the Pensacola Beach post. I’ve been busy scheming, plotting, stewing and dreaming and every time I sit down at the keyboard to post or catch up on my blog buddies lately, my fingers seem to just bounce off and I’m off and running to some other project. You guys know what I mean. Everything has a season.

But, hey, I almost forgot. Did you know turkeys can tell time? We have a regular group of two gobblers and six hens coming around to scarf up the yummy acorns under two oak trees out back. They typically arrive at 7:15 and leave at 8:00. Buck and I are about to run off again for the day. Later I’ll post turkey video, wherein Buck has a speaking role, so stay tuned!

Thanks for stopping by. What are you writing about today?
